With over 75 million subscribers, Turkcell is the leading telco operator in Turkey. Through a variety of products and services, the task was to build a personalised connected experience which would inspire, entertain and deliver value. The aim being to increase online conversion and drive customer loyalty.
Clusters of icons were produced to represent sections of the site. It was important to us - especially being that it was a very functional telco site - that we used every opportunity to make it as visually engaging as possible.
As part of the process prototypes were created to validate some of the UX decisions prior to being visualised. Input on the visual direction was given at an early stage to ensure that the wireframes weren't too far removed from how they were going to b visualised.

As part of the modular build approach, we created component sheets which were not only useful for the outsourced developers, but also for the design team in terms of spotting any design inconsistencies and seeing where we can re-use existing components.
Turkcell Cüzdan (Wallet) was a simple app where users could store all of there credit, store and travel card information. It was also used as an opportunity to promote relevant Turkcell products and services at discounted prices.
BiP is a multimedia chat app which enables better expression for it's users through use of current affairs stickers and memes. It boasts features such as self-destructive messages, free MMS and calls and the ability to follow special interest channels.
